Al Johnson Dead

The many friends of Uncle Al Johnson will regret to learn of his death which occurred at his home on route 1, Bangor, Jan. 8th. Mr. Johnson was 89 years of age and was one of the oldest citizens of the county. He was a man who stood strictly for principle in all walks of life and was always ready to condemn what seemed to him to be wrong. He is survived by his widow and eight sons. The funeral services were held at High Rock cemetery and were conducted by Rev. Gamble.
