Mrs. Dean Dead
Mrs. Dean, widow of the late Elias Dean, died at her home near Cleveland Friday. Her death was due to blood poisoning, caused from an abrasion on her foot which became infected. Mrs. Dean was 80 years of age and for many years had been a member of the Baptist Church. The deceased is survived by six sons, Walter Dean, James Dean, Willie Dean, Lon Dean, Earl Dean and Joe Dean; two daughters, Mrs. Fannie Dean, of Warrior and Mrs. Thomas Callahan, of Cullman; two brothers, Robert and Ben Sapp; and one sister. The funeral services were held at Cleveland Saturday and were conducted by Rev. J.A. Smallwood and Rev. H.P. Watts
