War Record Wanted

"Information is wanted on the war record of service of W.B. Crump, who enlisted at Attalla or Gadsden, Ala., and served under General Wheeler; was in hospital when discharged. His wife wishes a pension and will appreciate hearing from anyone who can testify to his service." The above is copied from "Confederate Veteran" Magazine hoping that perhaps someone in Blount County may give the information.
