Mrs. Adline Taylor Dies At Royal Home
On Wednesday, Jun 20, at 12:30, the sad news was spread in the Royal community that Mrs. Adline Taylor had passed away. She had a stroke Saturday night, June 24, and did not regain consciousness.
She was 84 years old and had been a member of Liberty Hill Baptist Church fifty-four years this August. She attended her church regularly and lived her religion every day; she was indeed a true Christian.
She will be sorely missed in the community for she was loved by both old and young. She was ever ready to help in sickness or in anything she could do for her friends. She was a wonderful mother who loved her children dearly.
She leaves to mourn her passing four sons, Brucy, Washington; Bluford, Bead, and Dee of Royal; five daughters, Mrs. Barbara Bales, Mrs. Dink Timmerman, Mrs. Lee Price, Miss Belle Taylor of Royal; Mrs. Mae Underwood of Oneonta; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted by Bro. Bill McCay at the Baptist Church Thursday.
Burial was at the Graves Cemetery with so many lovely flowers.
The clouds never hang lower than when mother is gone.
May God riches blessing be with each of you in this sad and trying hour.
Sweet peace to her memory.
