Mrs. Bledsoe Dead
The sad news has been received that the insatiate archer has winged his poisonous arrow at Liberty and "ashen garments" enshrouded Mrs. Anna E. Bledsoe, nee McAbee, the beloved wife of 'Squire Bledsoe, of Oneonta, aged 66 years. She departed this life May 26th near Liberty where she went several weeks ago. The deceased had been sick about nine months and everything possible was done for her, but in vain. Mrs. Bledsoe was an affectionate wife and mother, and an excellent woman. We deeply sympathize with the aged husband and daughter. May a merciful Father comfort them. The funeral service and interment at Gibb's Chapel cemetery, near Liberty.
