Mrs. Mary Jane Byars The Southern Democrat, 31 Jul 1924 Mrs. Mary Jane Byars Mrs. Mary Jane Byars, after a lingering illness of several months, died at her home at Blount Springs on Wednesday of last week. Mrs. Byars was one of the oldest citizens of this county. She was in her ninetieth year and lived practically all her life at Blount Springs. The deceased is survived by a host of relatives and friends. The remains of the deceased were laid to rest in Cedar Grove Cemetery Friday.
