Mrs. E.M. (Phoeba) Cox Submitted by Robin Sterling The Blount County Journal, 3 Dec 1915 Mrs. E.M. Cox Dead Mrs. Phoeba Cox, the devoted wife of 'Squire E.M. Cox, died at her home at Royal, Nov. 19th, of paralysis, aged 78 years. The deceased was a good christian woman, member of the Missionary Baptist church and was loved by all who knew her. She is survived by her husband and three children. Interment at Hoods cemetery, Rev. J.W. Crumbley conducting the funeral services.
