Rev. George N. Hullett Submitted by Robin Sterling The Blount County Journal, 19 Mar 1915 Good Man Called To His Reward On last Tuesday the death angel called upon Rev. George N. Hullett, of route 2, Oneonta, to give up his life on earth that he might claim his great and ever lasting reward in the better world. Mr. Hullett was 73 years of age and a good man, having preached God's word for many years. He was a Methodist minister and had resided in Blount county practically all his life. He was well known throughout this section of the country and will be sadly missed. Deceased leaves a wife and six children, three of whom reside in Texas. Funeral services were conducted Wednesday afternoon by Revs. A.J. Brand and M.M. Owen, after which the remains were taken in charge by the Masons, of which he was a member. Interment at Antioch.
