P.H. Ratliff The Southern Democrat, 1 May 1913 In Memoriam Whereas, God in His Infinite Mercy, has seen fit to remove from our midst our beloved brother P.H. Ratliff. Mr. Ratliff was one of Blount county's best citizens, was a faithful member of the Missionary Baptist church and belonged to the Oddfellows. He was always ready to respond to any worthy cause that came up. In the death of Bro. Ratliff the community has lost a good citizen and the church a loyal member.
