Mrs. T.B. Deaver Passes Away

On March 21, 1912, Jesus in all his love and kindness sent down and carried away Aunt Sallie Deaver. Mrs. Deaver was among the oldest and best known women of our county. She was about 65 years of age, and had been in feeble health some time, but trusted steadily in the Lord. On Sunday morning before her death, the Lord in his great wisdom sent his death angel and called away her kind and loving husband, she being prostrated when he died, and continued to grew weaker until Thursday our Heavenly Father said unto her, "come thou into the kingdom and rejoice with your loved ones." She was an affectionate wife, loving mother and devoted christian. She was ever ready to help the sick and distressed, and she clung to the right things to do, all through her life. The good Lord trusted to their bare thirteen interesting and kind-hearted daughters, most of whom live to mourn their death. Interment in Liberty cemetery.
