Wm. Tally Submitted by Robin Sterling The Blount County Journal, 28 May 1915 Wm. Tally Dead News reached Oneonta this week of the death of Mr. Wm. Tally, a former Blount county citizen, which occurred at his home at Siluria, May 11th. The deceased was about 80 years of age and well and favorably known in Blount county. He was a good man and member of the M.E. Church.
