WESLEY COPELAND KILLED AT SAW MILL
Wesley Dee Copeland, age 23, was killed at a sawmill at Riverside about 2:30 Monday afternoon, September 3rd.
A piece of timber was thrown from the saw and hit Mr. Copeland in the temple. His death was instantaneous.
He was a resident of Rt. 3 Blountsville and was a son of Mr. And Mrs. H.P. Copeland.
Besides his parents he is survived by the widow, Mrs. Marlene Stevenson Copeland and two sisters, Mrs. Pauline Taylor and Mrs. Lilly Ruth Adams, both of Rt. 3 Blountsville.
Funeral Services were held at the church of the Advent at Royal on Wednesday, September 5, with interment in Liberty Hill Cemetery, Chambers Brown-Service in charge.
