William Fuller

Will of William Fuller, Blount County, Alabama

Know all men by these presents that I William Fuller now of said state and County, late of Walker County in the State of Georgia, being now in my seventy ninth year and feeble in body though in perfect sound mind make and publish this my last will and testament towit:

First I desire to be decently buried.

Secondly I desire all my Just debts and necessary Funeral expences paid. Thirdly I desire that my son Henry Harrison Fuller have, and I hereby give and bequeath to him because he is crippled with a white swelling, all my good, chattles, rights and credits and everything of which I may die possessed of whatever name or nature. The said Henry Harrison my said son, resides of did lately reside in Coneca County in the State of Alabama aforesaid. I have heretofore given each of other children a proper proportion of my property as I believe I lastly I hereby appoint my friend and neighbor Mace T.P. Brindley of said Blount County to execute this my last will and testament and expecting him after mydeath to take possession of my whole estate and legally deal with the same and every species thereof and inform my said Son Henry H. as soon as my be after my decased.

(Note: Probated 5 January 1860. Court stated decendent has no widow now surviving and only one Son viz Henry Harrison Fuller who it is said has 2 or more Brothers whose names & residences are unknown to petitioner.)
