This school is now used as the
offices of the Sheffield Board of Education.

This photo of the Alabama Avenue School has over 100 people in it.
They are all
named on the back. The names I recognize are:
Pearl Reynolds
(my grandmother) and Vernon Reynolds (her sister).
Other Reynolds named are Carrie,
Spenser, and James Reynolds.
Pearl and Vernon had a brother named James who
died as a young teenager.
