ROY ARMER VARNER

Roy Armer Varner, 90, of Rt. 2, Castleberry died Sunday, march 24, 1996 in a Brewton hospital. Mr. Varner was a member of the L Pond Church of Christ.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, march 26, 1996 at 10:00 a. m. from the L. Pond Church of Christ with Minister Clifford Dixon officiating . Burial was in the church cemetery. Cope Funeral Home directing.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Lois Varner, Castleberry; two daughters, Mary Sue Johnson, Prattville and Bonnie Mae Ellis, Brewton; five sons, James Varner, Andalusia, Roy Varner, Denver, Co. (lenard) Joe Varner, Loretto, Tn, Billy Wayne Varner, Repton and Randall Varner, Ft. Rucker; two brothers, Selma Varner, Evergreen and Ether Varner Atmore, one sister, Sula House, Evergreen, 22 grandchildren and 33 great grandchildren.
