PVT. ARTHUR JR. DEBTER DIES IN MILLEDGEVILLE, GA.

Private Arthur Junior Debter, age 18, died in Milledgeville, Ga., Oct. 4. He was stationed at Camp Wheeler, Ga. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Bertha Debter; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. A. Debter, two brothers, James and Loyd Debter; five sisters, Mrs. Pauline Kennedy, Imagene, Beatrice, Rhunnell, and Jenett Debter.

Pallbearers were Curtis Helms, Clifford Cargle, Claton Ward, J.D. Pain, Carthel Debter, Hollis Hardeman.

The flower girls were Estelle Helms, Gaynell Helms, Ruby Hardeman, Nellie Cargle, Etheline Debter, Lissie Mae Ward, Virginia Hartline, Myrtle Messer, Mary Ramsey, Olive Wooten, Audrey Pierce, Ruby Lee Debter, Dorene Hodge.

Funeral services were held at Town Creek Church, Sunday, October 10, at 2:00 p.m., with Revs. M. A,. Black and Willie Sparks officiating. McBryar Funeral Home in charge.
