SGT. JAMES D. GOZA KILLED IN GERMANY

Sgt. James D. Goza of Valley Head has been listed as killed in action in Germany, April 10, according to a telegram received by his mother, Mrs. Calvin Goza.

Sgt. Goza also leaves a wife, Mrs. Erlene Goza and one son, James B. Jr.

Deepest sympathy is extended the bereaved ones in their sorrow while a world rejoices that the war in Europe has come to an end and that no more such sad messages will be received from Germany.

SGT. JAMES GOZA

Military funeral services for Sgt. James D. Goza will be held at the national Cemetery in Chattanooga Monday, Aug. 8 at 1:30 o'clock.

He was killed in action April 10, 1945, in Germany. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Calvin Goza, of Valley head. Page-Hancock Funeral Home will be in charge.
