[The] State of Alabana Fayett County Know all men by these presents that in Consideration of the sum of three hundred and fifty dollars to us in hand paid by Clary Wynn the recipt whereof is hereby acknowledged we do grant bargain Sell and Convey to said Clary Wynn the following real estate to wit ) the West ½ of the S.E. ¼ Section 17 T 14 R 12 west Containing Eighty acres more or less to have and to hold to the Said Clary Wynn her heirs and assigns forever this the 23d day of November 1880 W. R. Ballard L.S. J. A. Ballard L.S. The State of Alabamia } I G.W. Jones an acting Fayett County } justice of the peace in and for Said County hereby cirtify that W R Ballard and J A Ballard whos names is signed to the foregoing conveyance and who is known to me acknowledges before me this day that being in formed of the contents of the conveyance they Executed the same valontarilly on the day the same bares date Given under my hand this the 23 day of November 1880 G.W. Come before me J.A. Ballard known to me to be the wife of the said W. R. Ballard who being by me examined seperate and apart from her said husband touching her signature to the above conveyance acknowledged that s[he] signed the same of her own free will and accord without fear constraint or persecution of her husband In witness whereof I hereunto set my hand this 23d day of November 1880 G.W.
