MORROW deed to Robert McMINN filed in office for record 25th November 1850 of which the following is a true copy to wit: The State of Alabama / Fayette County This indenture made the 3rd day of July One Thousand eight hundred and forty five Between Alexander MORROW of the first part and Robert McMINN of the second part / Witnesseth that the said party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred dollars to me in hand paid at or before the signing and sealing and delivery of these presents by the said party of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted, bargained, sold & delivered & conveyed and doth by these presents grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said party of the second part and to his heirs and assigns forever the South West ¼ of the South east fourth of Section 31, Township 15 Range 13 West containing 40 10/100 acres more or less / Together with all and singular the tenements and appurtenances thereunto belonging or any wise appertaining / and also all the estate right title interest claim or demand whatsoever of him the said Alexander MORROW said party of the first part either in law or equity of in and to the above bargained premises and any part and parcel thereof / To have and to hold the said party of the second part his heirs & assigns to the sole and duly proper use benefit and behoof of the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever and the said ...
