I am looking for information about the
family of Liles BOX.
He is listed as being an original land owner in
Fayette County and is listed in the 1850 Census. I am interested
in his
children. Who were they? How many did he have? Does
anyone have
information regarding his daughter Talitha R., age 17 in the 1850
census?
Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I am searching information on John L Roberts and Lunie Leo Chappel
Roberts. They are buried in Fayette City Cemetery. They are my
husband's
grandparents. If I could have birth and death dates that would be
helpful. Also, anyone having any additional information as to
where they
lived prior to Fayette would also be very helpful.
Thank you kindly, in advance, for all your efforts.

Searching for any information
regarding Carl M. "BOSS" Sanford
who was born about July 1888
in Fayette County, Alabama, died July 17, 1939 in Fayette County and is
buried at Mount Pleasant Baptist Church in Fayette County.
"Boss" Sanford, as he was known, was married twice, (Mattie
Sexton, May 8, 1905
and Bessie Smith).
There were three children in his first marriage; May Belle Sanford b.
about 1908, Fred Oliver Sanford b. about 1909, and Lorine/Loraine
Sanford
b. about 1910.
There were two children in his second marriage, Kathleen b. about 1926
and Emma b. about 1927. I have been told that Emma was married to
a
Crowder and that she
is deceased and buried at Mount Pleasant Baptist
Church Cemetery in an unmarked grave by her parents.
I will greatly appreciate any information on this family and will also
greatly appreciate hearing from and/or locating any descendants of this
family.
