Malissa Smith Darden Sellers is my gr-grandmother---she was born in GA, about 1838, widowed, married Calton E. Sellers 5 Nov 1866 Henry Co AL. Her children: Bedford H. Darden; Annie Caroline Darden Grainger; Wyatt Sellers; William Sellers; John Newton Sellers; Pochantas Sellers. There was an inheritance (possibly from England) in early 1900s---everyone got their share except Bedford H. Darden (my grandfather) who was in Sulfer Oklahoma---he couldn't afford to return to Houston Co AL to claim his inheritance (about 1916).
