Consideration: $1.00 cash in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledge.

Conveys: The following described real estate all being in the county of Lauderdale and State of Alabama. Viz.:

Part of N 1/2 of NW 1/4 section 10, Township 2, Range 12 West, beginning at a stake on South boundary line of said half quarter and 17 chains 40 links East of Southwest corner of the said half quarter running North 19 chains 50 links to a stake thence East 12 chains 82 links to a stake, thence South 19 chains 50 links to a stake, thence West to beginning.

Also, 20 acres of land designated as beginning at Southeast corner of Wm. H. Farmers land running South to Dr. Reeders land and running West far enough to get 20 acres more or less and then runs on back to said Farmers home tract. Said description is copied form Rebecca J. Littleton and CE Littleton deed to said farmer dated January 19th, 1869 and all 45 acres conveyed.

Know all men by these present that in court witness of the sum of one hundred dollars to me in hand paid by James Purser.
The receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged I do grant, bargain, sell, and convey to said James Purser.
The following describe oral estate to with all being in the county, and state aforesaid viz. A part of the N 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of section ten in township 2 range 12 west. Beginning at a stake on the south boundary line of said half quarter and 17 chains and 40 links east of the southwest corner.
Of the said half quart. Running north 19 chains and 50 links to a stake.
Thence east 12 chains and 82 links to a stake, thence south 19 chains and 50 links to a stake, Thence west to the beginning corner as aforesaid.
I also convey to the said James Purser twenty acres of land lying and being in said county and state and describe as follows.
Viz., beginning at the south east corner of William H Farmers land running south to Dr Reeders land and running west far enough to get twenty acres more or less and then sum north back to William W Farmers home tract said description is copied from Rebecca Jane Littleton and CE Littleton deed to William H Farmers of date the 19th day of January 1869.
In all forty-five acres herein conveyed.
To have and to hold to the said James Purser his heirs and apogees in for simple forever.

I Leander H Rice justice of peace of the peace for the state and county aforesaid hereby certify that William H Farmer whose name is signed to the for going conveyance and who knoweth an acknowledges before me on this day that being informed of the contents of the conveyance he executed the same voluntary on the day the bears date.

The state of Alabama Lauderdale County
This deed of conveyance, made at Florence, Alabama
By and between Fannie Purser and her heirs. Parties of the first party and B. F. England party of the second part. Witnesseth that the parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of $90.00 Ninety dollars, cash in hand. Paid the party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledge this deed is given for the benefit of William Percer. Do by these presents grant, bargain, sell, and convey to the party of the second part, all that tract or lot of land lying in the county of Lauderdale, State of Alabama, known and described as follows To–wit:
A part of the N 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of section 10 township 2 range 12 west beginning at a stake on the South boundary line of said half quarter. Running north 19 chains and 50 links to a stake thence east 12 chain and 82 links to a stake.
Thence south 19 chains and 50 links thence west to the beginning corner as aforesaid we also convey to the said B F England 20 acres of land lying and being in said county and state and described as follows to-wit –commencing at the south east corner of Wm. H Farmers land running south to Dr Reeder land and running West for enough to get 20 acres more or less and then run North back to Wm. Farmers home tract. Said description is copied from Rebecca Jane Littleton & C E Littleton deed. Deed to Wm. farmer of date the 19th day of January 1869 in all forty-five acres herein conveyed.
Together with the appurtenance thereunto belonging. To have and to hold to the party of the second part his heirs, and assigns in fee simple forever. And the parties of the first part hereby agree to warrant and defend the title to the land herein conveyed to the party of the second party against the claims of all persons whomsoever.
In testimony whereof, the party of the first part have hereunto set our hand and affixed our seal at the time and place above written.
