FUNERAL TODAY FOR BELOVED WOMAN

Funeral services are announced today for Mrs. R. L. Worley at 2 o'clock today at
the residence of her brother E. L. Thomas, whose residence is at the corner of
4th Avenue and Johnston Street, Albany Mrs. Worley died at her residence on
Second Avenue late yesterday following three weeks illness with pneumonia. The
deceased is survived by her husband and four sons, John, Floyd, Clarence and
Lee. Four brothers survive her, I. B. Thomas of Birmingham, E. L. , J. R., O.
J., and J. D. Thomas, all of the Twin Cities. Three sisters survive the
deceased, Mrs. Lee Ingram of Pulaski, Tenn., Mrs. Kittie Carden of Albany and
Mrs. Sallie Rogers of Oneonta. The services are to be conducted by Rev. Noble R.
Edwards, pastor of the First Christian Church and by Rev. A. H. Manley, pastor
of the Westside Presbyterian Church. Mrs. Worley was a consistent member of the
Presbyterian Church and greatly beloved by all who knew her. The pall bearers
announced are: E. D. Whitman, R. E. Chandler, W. M. Davidson, T. A. Caddell, J.
P. Matlock and W. E. Sivley.
