BOYD B. BENTLEY

Hartselle - Funeral for Boyd B. Bentley, 74, of Route 3 Hartselle will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at the Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. E. K. Hendon officiating.

Burial will be in the Bethel Cemetery. The family will receive friends after 4 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

Mr Bentley died Friday at Hartselle Medical Center. He was a member of the Shoal Creek Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Lear Bentley of Hartselle; two sons, Truman Bentley of Decatur and Tillman Bentley of St Louis, Miss.; two daughters, Ruth Jean Irvine of Camarillo, Calif. and Geraldine Hitt of Indiana; three brothers, Buford Bentley of Hartselle and Jack Bentley and Albert Van Bentley, both of Decatur; four sisters, Bernice Sanders, Elsie Roan and Gladys Drake, all of Decatur and Nadine Dunnaway of Brooksville; one step-daughter, Estelle Bentley of Hartselle; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Harold McClannahan, Hoyt Sanford, Harold Sanders, John South, Jack W. Bentley and James Larry Bentley.
