ALTHA DAVIS

Hartselle - Funeral for Altha Davis, 95, of Falkville Health Care Center, will be today at 2 p.m. at Sparkman Street Church of Christ with Phillip Hines and the Rev Jim Smith officiating.

Burial will be in Antioch Cemetery with Peck Funeral Home directing.

Mrs Davis died Friday at Decatur General ospital. She was a member of Sparkman Street Church of Christ. She was born Altha Garlen on Oct 25, 1897, in Morgan County.

She is survived by one daughter, Ruth Lang of Hartselle; one brother, W. B. Garlen of Jesup, Ga; one sister, Zular Ballinger of Dadeville; six grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Jimmy Maze, Gaylon Day, Larry Sivley, Eddy Baker, Mack Winton and Chris Eddy.
