Mr. S. B. Draper died 3---1925 and is buried in the family cemetery at Talucah,
Al. His funeral was attended by both white and colored people, many of the
colored being his old slaves. He was born 7-7-1846, was 78 years 8 months and 11
days at his death. He served in the Confederate Army. Survivors include 2 sons,
W. H. Draper of Hartselle AL and W. D. Draper of Talucah Alabama., and four
daughters, Mrs. P.W. Williams of Hartselle, AL, Mrs. J.A. Overstreet of
Valhermoso Springs, Al,.,Mrs. Onnie Clemmons and Mrs. Frank Murphy of
Mooresville, AL. Nineteen grand-children and 5 great-grand-children.
