Hartselle - Funeral services for Mrs Jodie T. Evans, 98, Somerville 2, who died Friday at the Falkville Nursing Home, are scheduled today at 2 p.m. at the Antioch Methodist Church, Rev. Conner Lundy officiating. Burial is to be in the adjoining cemetery with Peck Funeral Home directing.

Survivors include a brother, Wiley W. Turney, Decatur; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives.

She was a member of the Hartselle First Christian Church and a retired practical nurse at Hartselle Hospital.

Pallbearers include Leo Pettit, Wayne Humphrey, Howard Fowler, Hudson Fowler, Charles Wigginton, Billy Mack Willis.

The body will lie in state at the church for an hour preceding services.
