Bobby Joe Garrison
53, elevator operator

HARTSELLE -- Funeral for Bobby Joe Garrison, 53, of Hartselle will be Friday at 1:30 p.m. at Bethlehem Baptist Church with the Rev. Jerry DeBell and the Rev. Robert Overstreet officiating.
Burial will be in the church cemetery with Peck Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends tonight from 6 to 9 at the funeral home.
Mr. Garrison died Tuesday, November 18, 1997, at Huntsville Hospital. He was born August 21, 1944, in Morgan County to Irvin and Hattie Garrison. He was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church and was an elevator operator at ConAgra in Decatur.
He is survived by his wife, Diane Garrison; one son, Joe Garrison of Hartselle; one daughter, Robin Scruggs of Priceville; four brothers, Charles Garrison, Wesley Garrison, John L. Garrison and Larry Garrison, all of Hartselle; one sister, Faye Yeager of Hartselle; and three grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Doyne Aldridge, Hector Vallejo, Gerald Yeager, Anthony Peters, Paul Waters, Ed Smith, Steve Scruggs and Jerry Murphy.
