Funeral for Idalee M. Lyle, 93, of Falkville was Friday, Oct. 12, at 10 a.m. at
Roselawn Funeral Home with the Rev. Debbie Wade officiating. Burial was in
Center Springs Cemetery. Ms. Lyle died Tuesday, Oct. 9, 2001, at Falkville
Nursing Home. A native of Clay County, she was a former teacher, having taught
at Six Mile School, Gravel Ridge School and Cotaco Junior High. She was a member
of the First United Methodist Church since 1985, and a former member of Antioch
Methodist Church for 31 years. She is survived by one daughter, Jackie Glover of
Decatur; one sister, Frances Harwell of Decatur; two grandsons; and three great
grandchildren. Pallbearers were Mile Martin, John Martin, Truman Glascock, Greg
Glascock, Earl Holt and Tim Sharp
