Funeral for Margaret Sharrott, 83, will be today, October 21, 2010, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Charles Sparks and the Rev. Ron Bishop officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Bethel Cemetery. There will be no visitation.

Mrs. Sharrott, who died Tuesday, October 19, 2010, at her residence, was born October 9, 1927, in Morgan County to Ben Harvel and Gracie Lanier Harvel. She was saved at Bethel Baptist Church at the age of 12 and taught Sunday school at Bethel Baptist Church for many years.

Survivors include her husband, Frank Sharrott; three godchildren, Robin, Rhonda and Ashley; and four god-grandchildren, Allison, Lex, Chloe and Slade.

Pallbearers will be Billy McAbee, Kenny Sharrott, Ricky McAbee, Chris Sandlin, Tony Vest and Craig Segars.
