William Hendrix was born 10 Jan 1817, in West Stockbridge, Massachusetts. William was the son of Martin Hendrix/Hendricks (b 1793 d 1841) and Mehitable Knapp (b 1792 d1822). William is a descendant of the Daniel Hendrick of Haverhill, Massachusetts family. I descend from William’s brother, Martin Knapp Hendrix (b 1821 d 1865).
The family connection to Daniel of Haverhill is well researched and documented. DNA results between two separate Daniel of Haverhill descendant family lines has confirmed the connection.
