Langley-Whitfield Cemetery was located T20 R10W S20 near land once owned by Mrs. Hester Beard then later sold to the Alabama Mental Health Board and recently to the University of Alabama.  This cemetery would have been located in the very southwest corner near a well.  One known grave was removed.

Sylvester Whitfield dau. of M.C. and Manley Whitfield b. 1879 died August 1885.  She is believed to have died in a fire.

20 or so other unmarked graves were surveyed years ago by Alton Lambert.  Some are believed to be those of the family of Osey Langley.  These burials have not been confirmed nor as being removed.
