This indenture made and entered into between ARON HINSON on the one part and the following
heirs on the other part witnesseth that the said Aron Hinson for the natural love and affection
that he hath for his son RICHARD A. HINSON and the following heirs of the body of his dearly
beloved wife MARY ANN HINSON that is provided she ever should have any more to the said Aron
Hinson and also to JULYANN WATKINS, the daughter of WILLIAM WATKINS who is now the step-
daughter of the said Aron Hinson now these presents witnesseth that the said Aron Hinson hath
given granted and confirmed and by these presents doth give grant and confirm unto the said
RICHARD ANDERSON HINSON and the following heirs of the body of his beloved wife Mary Ann
Hinson the following Negroes with the following reserves that is one Negro boy about ten years
of age named -?- RICHARD _?_ and one Negroe girl about six years of age named HAPPY with the
reserve that the said Aron Hinson and his wife Mary Ann Hinson is to have the use and benefits
of the said Negroes during their own lives. Also with the reserve and exception that the
above mentioned JulyAnn Watkins is to have the first chile if any that the said Negro girl
ever has that comes alive to the world that is if she the said Negro girl ever should have
any childs and that childs slave and its increase if any to belong to the said July Ann
Watkins and the heirs of her body if any forever and now it is to be remembered that I the
said Aron Hinson for the natural love and affection that I have for the heretofore mentioned
heirs do forever give grant and confirm the before mentioned heirs do forever give grant and
confirm the before mentioned Negroes in the way and manner hereto mentioned free from all
incumberances and from all my other heirs and from all claims of any other person or persons.
