court. States that there are no known heirs in this county entitled to the assets of the estate.
The admin. was ordered to hold the remaining funds subject to future order and distribution of this
court.

To Honorable W. L. Pratt, Judge of Probate of Bibb County, Alabama. Your Petitioner, Martha Horton,
an inhabitant of Bibb County Alabama and who is over the age of twenty-one years respectfully shows
unto your honor that Eli Smith died in Bibb County on the 19th day of November, 1908 and was at the
time of his death an inhabitant of said County and State. That more than fifteen days have elapsed
since his said death. That said decedent left property in this State to the best of petitioner's
knowledge, information and belief, of the value of about one hundred dollars and probably not more.
That said Eli Smith did not leave any widow and your petitioner is the daughter of said Eli Smith.
That the names, residences, ages of the heirs of said decedent, as your petitioner is advised and
believes, are as follows:

Horton and J. S. Sherbett. Deeds to be made to each for the property he purchased.

touching or concerning any matter of which I am legally interested . . . and particularly the final
settlement of the estate of Isaac Parker decd of which estate I am guardian for Wilbourn Parker, Nancy
Parker, Polly Parker (now intermarried with Lewis Smith) and also to sell and dispose of my real estate
