I hope these notes will provide clues as to the location of these people during this period of time. I have attempted to keep the spelling of the names as I saw them in the records.

Defendants made default. Plaintiff to recover $659.54 and costs incurred.

Nelson H. Bice, use of Samuel Standly, vs John C. Strickland and William Frost - p. 185

David S. Lipscomb vs Adam James, Garnishee of John M. O'Brien - p. 191
Adam James testified that he as administrator of the estate of Jesse Barnes, Deceased, was indebted to John M. O'Brien in the amount of $3.13. Plaintiff to recover from Adam James the sum of $3.13 and Lipscomb to pay the costs.

Charles Rominger vs Jackson Gardner - p. 192
Parties agreed to dismiss suit and each one assuming half of the court costs except for the plaintiff's witnesses which Rominger is to pay.
