Recd this 2nd day of March A.D. 1835 of Theophilus Miller as executor of the last will and testament of Charles Reach Decd the
sum of seventy five dollars it being the amount of the monied part of the Legacy due Enoch Reach as bequeathed & devised
by the last will of said decedent as one of he legal heirs of said estate. Enoch Reach by his attorney B. B. Spicer.
Received of Jeremiah Reach Administrator of the Estate of Charles Reach Thirty Seven 58/100 Dollars in full of my entire share
of the Estate of my Father Charles Reach Decd. Enoch Reach (his mark). November 15, 1852. Test:

Know all men by these presents that I Enoch Reach of the County of Hickman and State of Tennessee have made ordained authorized
nominated and appointed and by these Presents do make ordain authorize nominate and appoint B. B. Spicer of the County and State
aforesaid my true and lawful attorney for me and in my name and for my own use and benefit to act demand and sue for and
recover and receive of and from Milley Reach and Theopilus Miller of Bibb County and State of Alabama all such sum or sums of
money debts and demands as a legesee whatsoever which are now due and owing to me the said Enoch Reach. By and from the said
Milley Reach and Theopilus Miller and to Have take and use all lawful ways and means in my name Or otherwise for the
recovering thereof by attachment action Arrest distre? or otherwise and to compound and agree for the same and acquitances? or
other sufficient discharges for the same for me and in my name to make and seal and to do All other lawful acts and things
whatsoever concerning the premises as fully in every respect as I myself might or could do were I personally present at the
doing thereof and attorneys one or more under him for the purpose aforesaid to make and again at his pleasure to revoke. Hereby
ratifying and confirming whatever my said Attorney shall in my name lawfully do or cause To be done in and about the premises
by virtue of These presents. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal unto these presents this 13th day of January
in the year 1835.

Decd the sum of fifty dollars the monied parts which was bequeathed to James Spicer in right of his wife Charlotte Spicer late
Charlotte Reach as the amount of the monied part of said Legacy due to said heir and this shall be a receipt for the same.

"Know all men by these presents that we Thomas J. Spicer, James H. Spicer, Thomas J. Nall, and Sarah Nall his wife late Sarah Spicer,
John Nall guardian for Sarah Addline and Martha Jane Nall infant heirs of John Nall and Thelna Nall his wife late Thelna Spicer,
deceased, Henry Hudson and Martha Hudson his wife late Martha Spicer heirs at law of Francis Spicer deceased of the County of Hickman
and State of Kentucky" . . . appoint Felix Shropshur as lawful attorney to receive sums due "by right of our ancestor Francis Spicer
from the estate of her father Charles Reach late of the county of Bibb and State of Alabama said sum of money amounting as we are
informed to fifty four and 43/100 dollars" . . . .7 Jan 1856.

Reach and Franklin M. Edmonds and his wife Salina M. E. Edmonds and Thomas S. White and his wife Emily C. White and Ephram L.
McCulley and his wife [name marked through but appears to be Polly] J. McCulley and Charles H. Reach and his wife Nancy J.
Reach and Pleasant J. Reach and his wife Nancy E Reach and J. J. Johnson and his wife Salley [middle initial unreadable]
Johnson and Henry B. Reach and his wife Mandy M. Reach for and in consideration of Forty four dollars to us in hand paid by
Rebeka A. McElroy the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge do hereby grant and sell enf?? and confirm and convey unto the
said Rebeka A. McElroy her heirs and assigns forever the following described real estate lying in the County of Bibb State of
Alabama to wit: Lot No. 3 as described on a map made and surveyed by the County Surveyor and more particularly described as a
part of the South East quarter of the South West Quarter of Section 14 Township 22 South of Range 6 West containing 3
77/100 acres to have and to hold the foregranted previous to the said Rebecka A. McElroy his heirs and assigns forever and we
do convenant with the said Rebeka A. McElroy his heirs and assigns that we are lawfully seized in fee of the aforegranted
premises that they are free from incumbrances that we have a good right to sell and convey the same to the said Rebecka A.
McElroy her heirs and assigns and that we will warrant and defend the premises to the said Rebecka A. McElroy his heirs and
assigns forever against the harmful claims and demands of all persons in witness wherefore the said James A. Reach and his wife
