Notes: Mary Martha Moore is listed as Mary Amantha Moore in a number of family trees. I believe this was taken from a book transcribing marriage records of Bibb county. When I was in Bibb county, I looked at the original document and it does look like "Amantha", but I believe the entry was Mary a. Martha Moore. However, on census records from 1850 to 1860, she is listed as Mary m. or Martha., not Mary Amantha or Amantha.

Washington creel died in the civil war and Martha died soon after his death. On the 1870 census, their three children were living with their grandfather, Jonathan Moore.
